Affinage is an artisan cheese maker from East Java. Born from the hands of local cheesemakers, we work with fresh local milk and thoughtful techniques to create fresh, soft, semi-hard, and aged cheeses. From Halloumi and Ricotta to Farmhouse Cheddar, Stracciatella, Scamorza, Gouda, Sbrinz, and more, every cheese is made for everyday cooking, sharing, and special tables.
